1. AGREEMENT

By participating in the Affiliate Program of RoyalPortal LLC, a company registered at 810 Summerset Dr., City of Hockessin 19707, Delaware, USA, with the identification number EIN 87-0859916, for the promotion of products and services through an online store located at www.denisajedlickova.com, you agree to abide by the following Affiliate Program terms and conditions. Please read these terms and agreements carefully before joining the program. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, you should not participate in the Affiliate Program.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate and complete information when applying for the program. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we discover that you have provided false or misleading information.

 

3. ENROLLMENT

To enroll in the Affiliate Program, you must complete the online application form on our website HERE. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into the program. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

 

4. ACCURATE REPRESENTATION

You agree to represent our brand accurately and honestly. Any information provided about our products, services, and prices must be precise and up-to-date. Misleading or false representations are strictly prohibited and contradict our core values.

 

5. CONTENT QUALITY

Maintain a high standard of content quality in all your promotions related to our products and services. Uphold ethical and honest marketing practices, avoiding any misleading or deceptive tactics that could harm our brand reputation. You are NOT allowed to create and use your own visuals/graphics using our fonts, colors, videos and photos - in your affiliate partner dashboard, you’ll find assets to use to promote our products and services.

 

6. BRAND AND AUDIENCE BIDDING

Paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or social media must not involve bidding on our brand name or audience without explicit authorization from our Affiliate Manager. This restriction also applies to variations or misspellings of our brand name.

 

7. RESELLING AND ORDERS

You are not allowed to resell our products and services under any circumstances. Affiliate partners are not authorized to fulfill customer orders directly. All orders must be placed through www.denisajedlickova.com unless stated otherwise.

 

8. DISTINCT WEBSITE IDENTITY

Your website must have a unique and distinct design that does not create confusion with our official website, www.denisajedlickova.com, and all its pages. This includes your website's domain name, branding, and misspellings. Avoid any resemblance that might mislead visitors.

 

9. SELF-REFERRALS PROHIBITED

You are not allowed to make purchases using your own affiliate link for the purpose of earning commissions. Self-referrals will not be eligible for commission payments.

 

10. COMMISSIONS

You earn up to 30% commission on sales generated through your unique affiliate link. Commission rates for each product or service are outlined in your affiliate partner dashboard.

 

11. TWO-LEVEL REWARD SYSTEM

Refer new affiliate partners and earn even more with our two-level reward system. Earn an additional 7% commission (level 1) and an additional 3% commission (level 2) on top of the referred affiliate partner’s commission for 2 years - counted from the day your referred affiliate partner placed their application for our Affiliate program.

 

12. PAYMENT

We use PayPal to pay you in American dollars (USD). You need to have a PayPal account to receive your earned commissions. We don't require you to send us an invoice to pay out your earned commissions - we pay you automatically based on the data obtained in our affiliate platform, which you can find in your affiliate partner dashboard as well. The paid-out commissions are without VAT - if needed, it is your responsibility to pay VAT or taxes on received commissions based on your personal or your company's tax residency. We cannot be asked to subsidize these expenses. We take no responsibility for your accounting.

The payouts are done on the 15th day of the following month for commissions earned in the previous month. For example, commissions on purchases made from the 1st to the 31st of January are paid out on the 15th of February. A minimum payout amount of $50 is set due to higher transaction fees. This means that you, as an affiliate partner, will be automatically paid on the 15th day of the month if your earned commission is $50 or greater.

Please note that if you or your company has tax residency in the United States, we require you to fill out the W9 form before any payout can be processed. You can fill it out in your affiliate partner dashboard > Settings > W9 form > Fill W9 Form.

 

13. ACCURATE PAYMENT DETAILS

Providing accurate PayPal payment details is crucial. In the event of incorrect payment details leading to payment issues, we cannot re-issue the commission. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment information is current and accurate. Please note that you will be charged a small % fee by PayPal for receiving your commissions. If you don’t provide us with your PayPal details, we keep your earned commissions deposited for 12 months, afterwards you have no right to claim already expired payouts.

 

14. PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS

You may promote our products and services using ethical and lawful methods. You may NOT promote our products and services through unsolicited email marketing (spam) and on websites containing offensive, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.

 

15. ANTI-SPAM POLICY

Spamming, including unsolicited communication or distribution, is strictly prohibited. We emphasize authentic engagement with our audience and prohibit any form of spamming in your promotional activities.

 

16. SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION

When promoting our products and services on social media platforms, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with www.denisajedlickova.com to maintain transparency with your audience.

 

17. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for a breach of these terms and conditions or for any reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our promotional materials and remove all references to our products and services from your website or promotional channels.

 

18. MODIFICATION

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any modification shall constitute your consent to such changes.

 

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We will NOT be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

20. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic (Europe), without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

21. CONTINUOUS ENGAGEMENT

Stay engaged and informed about our latest updates, promotions, and marketing materials to optimize your affiliate success. Regular communication and participation are key to a successful partnership.

 

22. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to receive email notifications related to your affiliate activities, including commission earnings and other important updates regarding the Affiliate program.
