REAL

  • 1
At the age of 11, I closed my first business deal in Germany, and ever since then, I knew this was what I wanted to do and live for - that one fateful handshake.
  • 2
At 17 and 18, while my friends were enjoying their summer in the Czech Republic, I worked 12-hour shifts as a waitress on the German island Neuwerk. I didn't have to do it; I wanted to do it!
  • 3
After graduating from high school in Tabor, the Czech Republic, I flew to the USA at the age of 20 for a 13-month au pair program and to study business & management. It was hard for me to leave the USA because I had a boyfriend (an American), and I was offered to go to a business school in Chicago - but I said NO. I had a clear 5-year plan since the age of 18, and I pursued it ambitiously! Falling in love was not part of it!
  • 4
After returning from the USA, I stayed in the Czech Republic for 3 months, and then I moved to Denmark in the summer of 2014, where I started my 4-year business academy studies (AP Marketing & Management and subsequently PBA Innovation & Entrepreneurship). I followed my 5-year plan!
  • 5
The beginnings in Denmark were not easy. I was 21, and I gave up the golden cage offered to me by my parents in the Czech Republic, the opportunity of taking over their heavy industry business, a nice car... for locking pots at my dorm, taking the bus to school, and working after school shifts at the best event venue in Denmark... But these experiences built my character!
  • 6
At the business academy, my team and I worked on real projects for real companies. From the age of 22, I networked, surrounded myself with investors, co-organized events for tech startups... I simply absorbed business in the real world instead of reading books for exams!
  • 7
I was searching and testing myself. I opened my first company at the age of 25 in Denmark (without speaking Danish), where I also had my final internship before completing my entrepreneurial bachelor's degree. I was training for 3 hours a day for inline speed skating, studying mentorship for women in corporate settings, running women's circles, and offering my 6-month health coaching program at rates as high as psychologists! I found myself at home with business consulting. It gives me the exact feeling I had when I closed that first business deal at the age of 11!
  • 8
Time passed, and my network, mindset, and business grew. Along the way, I faced challenges, toxic relationships (grateful for them!), fell on my face, experienced difficult times, cried, and felt like giving up, but I persevered, and all those experiences have brought me to where I am today!
  • 9
I was already functioning great on the international market. But to make things more interesting, a strong call for the Czech language came in 6/2020, I was 27 years old and I dove into the Czech-Slovak market, and I am immensely grateful for that decision! I thought: “People won't pay me €2-10K+ for my programs.” I WAS WRONG because the cash generated during the first launch was over €30K - nobody knew me! Over the next 2 years it turned in almost €2,000,000 in revenue and growing!
  • 10
Meanwhile, I opened more International companies, but I'm not done - I plan to open more! I travel 3-4 months a year. I spend winters in Bali. I am a Czech citizen. I am in love with my partner Anders (a Dane :)), I decided to give up my Danish permanent residence permit and become a Portuguese resident during our 3-month stay in Madeira!
  • 11
I have high standards for myself, my team, and my clients! There are no excuses or "impossibles" in my space! If you take your business seriously, you're in the right place, because while I love you, I won't coddle you! Do you want a business? Do you want results? Then you need to take action and get moving!

FUN

  • I have never had a full-time job; I prefer building businesses!
  • By the way, I have a fake tooth! Haha, important to know.
  • I didn't realize it until Anders (my Danish love) mentioned it, but I'm weird with the temperature of food and drink - what should be warm, I like it cold, and what should be cold, I like it warm. Everything at room temperature is the best, preferably.
  • Selling something for €1,000 is a bigger challenge for me than for €100,000.
  • I am 100% Czech. I grew up one hour south of Prague, close to Austria, until the age of 20. Since then, I have lived in the USA, Denmark, and now I'm based in Portugal traveling 3-4 months a year.
  • When I was 14 years old, I was scouted to become a professional skier in Italy. I've also done a 6-hour inline speed skating race, a marathon, and an overnight coast-to-coast race in the dark. Additionally, I enjoy wild mushroom picking, and I even have a motorcycle driver's license. Haha, what else?

  • This one is for my spiritual besties: I have hosted over 25 women's circles. I am a Capricorn with an ascendant in Leo. I channel Activodes, and I'm in love with lightPORTAL! (see STEP NO.0)
  • I loooove my family (even though I live a very different life) and enjoy all the babies popping out from my cousins and sister!
  • Three of the things I invest in the most are myself, raw land (in different countries), and crystals.
  • The first-ever gift from Anders? A book about taxes, international structures, dual citizenships, and investing! (Usually, I don't read books, but this one sounded too good!)

What mischief am I causing today?

Watch out, world! I'm on a mission to unleash a barrage of laughter with a bunch of hilarious stories! Prepare to LOL!

Denisa-Love-Laugh-Letters For You

So, English isn't my first language, and I might mess up some grammar stuff. Commas? Sometimes I don’t even make sense. But hey, I'm here to pour my heart out - deep thoughts, biz strategies, boringly-cool numbers, nerdy stuff, and of course, some personal stories. You in?
